Absolute Fitness is dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast.
I offer fitness and nutrition coaching to support various health and fitness goals. This is mainly done via an online coaching model, there is also limited availability for hybrid coaching - where we will work both online and face-to-face. Either way, the coaching includes personalised fitness programmes tailored to your unique needs.
Online coaching is perfect for literally anyone!
Individuals short on time, available at 'unsociable' hours, those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home, or those who have a busy schedule that makes it difficult to commit to in-person sessions will find online coaching particularly useful.
Working online, in most cases, can also provide a more rounded approach to health, fitness and nutrition, leading to better results.
